I have always had a keen interest in the mind body connection, years of working in the massage and spa industry sparked my interest and thirst for knowledge in holistic health.
I turned to yoga as a regular practice 5 years ago during a mental and physical health crisis, it cracked me open and into a journey of understanding myself. From there on in yoga has been my home, I arrive to the practice in my best and worst states.
I then went on to train in India 3 years ago and I have been teaching since.
My classes are based around a moderate to strong vinyasa flow, a mix of creative fast & slow paced movement all with the intention of connection to self and mindfulness.
I love to incorporate breath work(pranayama), meditation and chanting into my classes.
Off the mat I love movement in all forms. I love to be creative, to paint, since, dance & be in nature.
