I took my first yoga class when I was in college in Hong Kong, I was drawn to it immediately. The day after, my whole body hurt. I was waking up and forming new muscles everywhere! But I loved it so much. I didn’t have much money, so I never missed the free lululemon community classes or any of the donation classes at the park. I remember the savasana after my first power class, I looked at the celling, I never felt so light and clear before, I was both energized and relaxed, it was amazing!
My class and my practice is an extension of myself, my belief, it reflect my identity. I believe in the transformative, healing, and uplifting power of yoga, I will share my flowing sequences with you, with lots of fun transition, it will challenge you both physically and mentally, but remember you’re exactly where you need to be. It’s all good, don’t need to force it, you’ll make it happen when you’re ready. Through the practice you learn to soften your edges and brings you to the present moment.
My favorite part of being part of the cairns yoga community Positive energy creates and attracts more positive energy! I love the vibration in Cairns yoga community, a group of positive-minded people to share joy and elevates each others spirits. When we come together in this space, practice side by side, reconnect to our bodies and create energy together, is just simply beautiful.
