To Jay yoga is a place where it doesn’t matter what your name is, where you came from, or where your going as Yoga is a place of being, a place where life flows in and around each yogi. Jays class focuses on mindful movement and are themed to challenge and heal both physical and mental health. His inspiration comes from nature and you can always expect a different focus of movement and mentality as we explore all the different possibilities of Yoga and Healthy movements. Each class is focused on lifting the corners of your mouth as you reach Savasana knowing that you worked on yourself.
