Yoga has been a part of my life for over 5 years now and has helped me grow in ways I never expected too. I was hooked after my first class and quickly went from going to 1 class a week to 3 or 4 after experiencing not only how amazing my body was starting to feel but how at peace my usually stressed out mind was starting to become. Yoga completely inspires me to live authentically, tuning into myself and others in a more mindful and loving way which has allowed me to embrace my life to its fullest. I absolutely LOVE Yoga and am so excited to share my knowledge and experience, nothing makes me happier then teaching and allowing students to tap into this beautiful life changing practice. I am 200hours trained in Ashtanga currently, but am looking forward to furthering my studies to delve even deeper to continue growing in my practice and sharing this growth and learning through my teaching. I bring a playful, light heartedness to class and love a good laugh with my students. I believe Yoga is more then just getting on your mat and moving through the practice, Yoga means “to Yoke”, “to Unite” and bringing people together and connecting as a community through Yoga is a powerful thing, for not just ourselves but for our planet.
